Had a competitive quote from Clare at Ideal Fires and booked install within 2 weeks. Ricky and his lad were very good and worked hard all day, till 7pm ! They came back the next day at our request to address a minor issue, without any problem whatsoever. Loads of info and help from Clare in the showroom,which has loads of burners to help you choose the right one for you. I supplied my own one in the end and they were happy to install it. Overall a great,hassle free experience.
